Job and Work Skills - Work and The Daily Grind

Finding your first job may be quite difficult indeed. Unlike school where grades count the most, in the work world, experience and relevant work skills is definitely an asset. So, to get that work and job experience, one could volunteer or perhaps go to internships, or do some part-time work.

Of course, working and your job can truly be a high source of stress, so please consult the Health section of this website for more details on dealing with that aspect.  Work, though, does not have to be a daily grind.  A word of caution at work is that just hard work is not enough to keep your job or get promoted, as many people know all too well.  Many other intangible skills can also make you or break you at work.
