Most experts
agree that there are three types of exercising that
should be performed regularly: stretching, strength,
and aerobic. Choose activities you enjoy, and vary
your routine from time to time. Just remember not to
neglect your health, as it is one of the areas of
life that is easiest to forget. It is so easy for
all of us to be caught up and entranced in
work—perhaps work that does not even need to be
done.
Even if you
don't have time to do exercise, one of the most
relaxing methods is just to sit at the park for 15
minutes and do some deep breathing. Alternatively,
one could simply sit at home and do some deep
breathing while listening to slow music.
